  My husband and I stopped by for two quick bagels to dine in. We were happy to wait in line, we ordered and sat down and began to watch many people who came in after us get there food. My husband went to ask if we missed when they called our name. They rudely replied “yours is still being made.” We said no problem and sat back down. Another 10 minutes passed (mind you we had already been waiting 30min for 2 bagels) and my husband asked someone else about our order. The lady looked up our name on the computer and walked straight back and threw two bagels into the oven. Apparently our order was completely missed. She came back and said she can have them ready in two minutes. My husband said “I would just like a refund please we have been here for over half an hour and we need to go now.” She said “I don’t know how to do refunds I’m sorry is there anything I can offer you?” We said no thank you and left. If you want to spend 45 minutes waiting on 2 bagels this is the place for you!!! Enjoy

  Will update if the manager Kelley refunds us, but I'm super disappointed in this Einstein's. Been a customer for decades with no issues until this Saturday. Ordered multiple nosh boxes, coffee and tea for my son's birthday party, over a week in advance. Day of party arrives, we show up to pick up the bagels and drinks, and they aren't there. Instead, Einstein's somehow DoorDashed our pickup items to our house without ever notifying us, causing my mother to be late to her grandson's party because she had to retrieve it from our house. The other half of our order was late being prepared in store, and when we arrived at the party, we realized they also gave us hot water instead of tea (no tea bags), coffee with no sugar or creamer, and no cups. We called to notify them and Kelley took our info and said she'd speak to her general manager and call us back next day, because she couldn't issue a refund until that conversation happened. At noon today, I called Einstein's because we still hadn't been contacted, and was told the catering person was out for the weekend and they'll "hopefully contact us before we have to contact them". I just want my money back for basically unusable drinks, and an apology for causing stress on what should have been a joyful day. After all the drama they put us through, they couldn't even be bothered to give us cups because "it wasn't included in our order". Who doesn't include cups with a drink order??? We had to stop at Publix to get cups for unusable drinks. Einstein's, make it right. Stop saying you dropped the ball and show you mean what you say by refunding us immediately.
