I regret every decision I took to get here I spent 40 minutes in line and when I finally got to the window , the girl did not understand what I asking for. I had to say it four or five times. “Lavender oatmilk latte. Oatmilk latte with lavender syrup.” Over and over and over again. She comes back after preparing the coffee and says “White chocolate lavender latte” That wasn’t what I ordered. I mentioned that but she insisted that’s what I ordered. Got home and took a sip. There’s no lavender. The one thing that I asked for was missing. It was a crappy white chocolate latte with barely any flavor. I chucked it in the garbage and fired up my own espresso machine. Should’ve not been lazy from the start. Never coming back here again. Also, rethink your drive thru process, it’s garbage.

Once there were about 4 people behind me they opened up the 3rd lane. So what did the girl taking orders do… she completely overlooked the fact that I was there first and took ALL FOUR of the peoples orders that were behind me!!!! I’m watching the whole thing unfold wondering if she was ever going to come back and take my order. After 15 minutes she finally came by and took my order. I took a deep breath and said ok you know what I’m ahead of these people so I’m just going to order and then go ahead since I WAS there FIRST. What did the girl proceed to tell me…… she told me to after all those 4 cars????? How is that fair??? I was there before those people. I didn’t complain to her because I wanted to let it go since it’s Thanksgiving. As I was seeing the cars go one by one in front of me I kept thinking you know what I’m going to say something. Waiting for the girl to come back or someone to walk by… no one came by so I waited until I got to the window … and of course my order is wrong. The girl heard me say oat milk and not whole milk. The lady at the window said they don’t have whole milk. What kind of coffee shop does not have whole milk? Ok …. I proceeded to tell her how incredibly disorganized the drive thru is. The individuals facilitating the organization of the drive thru are doing a terrible job. 30 minutes for a watered down coffee is insane. They need to learn a thing or two from Chick Fil A or Starbucks. Why open up 3 lanes if you cannot handle the volume????? I do give props to the lady at the window trying to fix my issue by offering a free drink but I turned it down because why would I want a free drink just for them to have them mess it up and have me wait 30 minutes for it? No thanks, I’ll rather just never return.

Maybe if someone wasn’t at the window yapping with you it could be more efficient. Drinks here are good, just not so good as to wait 30 minutes. Order it for pickup if you want your wait to be under 10 minutes; as it should be for a drink.

My favorite broistas Ava, Miki, and Charlotte always make my drinks with so much love and never fail to brighten my day, but truly everyone here is amazing. - CTC TNov 19, 20251.0Very slow service. The line is non-sensical, they have people come and take order for cars all the way out in the street and then the line doesn’t move for 20 minutes. It took 30 minutes to get my coffee on a Saturday morning and you’re blocked in by a ton of cars so you can’t even get out of the line in most cases.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
