- RKR K5 days ago1.0I ordered a Golden Eagle, but there’s no caramel at all. It’s basically just coffee with milk, like a cafe latte.
- GKgrace kMar 2, 20261.0don’t waste your time coming here or doing a pickup. no point in ordering ahead when you have to wait 20 minutes outside in the heat while the barista makes multiple drinks that were ordered after yours. went to the window again to ask where my drink was since i was about to be late to work and the girl told me she didn’t know i was there when i spoke to her 15 minutes ago checking in the first time. one of the most frustrating experiences ive had in a while. drinks are fine but never ever go here when in a time crunch they DO NOT care and take eons to make every single drink. trust me i’ve waited 30+ in the drive through as well

The turkey sausage could be left in the oven a little longer. Just trying to be constructive not hateful.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
