I've never had a bad experience until today. I went into the drive was greeted beautifully. I ordered my drink which was made way too fast. I was almost shocked it usually takes way longer and I already knew it was not made the way I liked. I'm not sure if its the espresso or the milk but my coffee just has a bitter/sour taste its so bad I cannot push myself to finish it. Im very disappointed since I always order the same thing and It's always amazing.

I’ve tried it twice now before work, mind you I leave with 20 min to spare each time, and both times I was late to work because the drive through took 35+ min which is absolutely absurd for a coffee shop!! SB could have a line wrapped around the building and still manage to get me my drink within 10 min. And both times it was totally not worth it because the coffee was less than okay. It’s really bland and milky…. So yesteday it was Sunday afternoon and I since I had some errands to run I figured I’d give them another shot and they managed to disappoint even more!! The coffee was the WORST coffee I have ever had AND the drive thru still took 25 Min at 1pm! The coffee tasted extremely SOUR! No exaggeration when I say SOUR. I got an iced golden eagle with an extra shot of expresso and I am not sure if it was the coffee itself or maybe the milk? But it tasted like drinking straight sour yogurt…… I literally spit it out as soon as I tasted it. Safe to say, WONT be back.

I’m a regular customer and typically pay $7.22 for my coffee. Each time, I clearly request light ice, yet my drinks consistently come filled with ice. At that price point, it’s disappointing to receive a cup that’s mostly ice rather than coffee. I’m paying for the drink, not for a cup full of ice, and it feels like my request is repeatedly being ignored. In addition, the wait times are consistently long, even when placing a mobile order ahead of time. One of the main reasons for ordering in advance is convenience, yet many times the drink isn’t ready when I arrive, which defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. I also believe the experience could be greatly improved by having a separate lane or pickup process for mobile orders, as this would help reduce congestion and improve efficiency for customers who order ahead. I enjoy Dutch Bros and want to continue being a customer, but I hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed to improve the overall customer experience.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
