I recently dined at Chayhana in Orlando, and I was genuinely impressed. It’s not often you find Uzbek and Turkish cuisine executed with this level of authenticity and care. From the first bite, the spices were vibrant, balanced, and unmistakably traditional — layered with depth and warmth without overpowering the dishes. The meats were cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. The manti were beautifully prepared, delicate yet rich, and the samsa had a perfectly crisp exterior with a savory, well-balanced filling inside. Every element tasted intentional and true to its roots. Beyond the quality, the pricing was extremely fair for the portion sizes and craftsmanship involved. It’s rare to find food this authentic and this well-executed at such a reasonable price point. Chayhana is a standout in Orlando’s dining scene, and I’ll absolutely be returning many more times to explore the rest of the menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience true Central Asian and Turkish flavors done right.

Nice ambiance, friendly service and interesting Halal food choices. Don't let the word "Halal" scare you. That just means food is grown, harvested and prepared according to strict rules - and there is NO pork. We ordered the Mustava (soup) and it was very tasty. Then the pumpkin Samas. And our main course was the Crispy Eggplant Salad - again very good and well prepared.... Don't forget to try the Compote (fruit drink).... We didn't have room for dessert, but we will try next time.
