Shavonne is friendly, attentive and always making sure we are happy and cared for. We love her! - CJCarl JOct 26, 20251.0So let me tell you about our experience at the Altamonte Springs Carrabba’s, Italian Grill. It was a Sat evening so they were busy which is an expected. We got our drinks quickly and bread. It all went down hill after that. We had to wait nearly 53 minutes to get our entrees, both of us had the same thing. When we finally got our food one of our steaks was cold! It was sent back and I guess the cooked it again. It was hot but overcooked the second time it arrived this time we only had to wait 10 minutes of course the rest of the food was no cold. One of the items offered for dessert they ran out (Cheesecake). The service was terrible…there was no update on our food and no apology for the cold food. The server never asked if we wanted more drinks and never checked on us other than the time the food was initially brought to our table. We had to ask another server to get our server to reheat the steak. I’ve always had a positive experience there but not this time. Do better Carrabbas.

It came out smelling of garlic and he continued to say it was cheese. My mom picked out garlic and our table smelled of it and I put the dish in his hand and told him to smell it and he still refused to admit it had garlic. He promised it was cheese. If that's the case, the man has no business running the kitchen in Altamonte Springs.
