- YMyarellys moreno1 day ago1.0Unfortunately, we had a very concerning experience at this Carrabba’s location. A server accidentally broke a glass, and the broken glass was not cleaned up adequately afterward. Large pieces of glass were still clearly visible on the floor and in the seating area. As a result, my minor child was cut after coming into contact with the glass. We immediately notified staff and management. What was especially disappointing was the indifferent attitude shown toward the situation, despite the obvious safety risk—particularly for children. I hope management reviews its safety and cleanup procedures to ensure situations like this are handled properly and promptly in the future.
