  Lol absolutely not. I placed a mobile order for pickup at 9:50 P.M. They close at 11 P.M. I was hoping to sit down so I can eat my burrito. I walk in, chairs are flipped onto tables, the floors are being mopped, and the employees look at me like I’m a spawn of satan.

  The staff was professional accommodating and respectful. Not to mention the food is so so good. I highly recommend.

  Biggest waste of my time, I literally got off work changed and I came in and it was a mess, but I ordered a bowl and I know chipotle takes Apple Pay, but for whatever the reason the woman/man did not know what they were doing at the front. I tried 3 times before I left without my food and then went to Wendy’s and paid with Apple Pay. Train your staff on customer service. Obviously whoever that person was didn’t know what they were doing.

  I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at one of your locations on March 7, 2026 around 7:40 PM. I work about six minutes from this restaurant and order from this location at least twice a month, as I genuinely enjoy Chipotle. Unfortunately, I consistently run into the same issue when picking up my order—being told that vinaigrette is not available, even though it is an option within the app. During my visit tonight, the employee working the Chipotlane/to-go area refused to provide vinaigrette and stated they were out. When I asked if I could cancel my order, vinaigrette suddenly became available. When it was handed to me, the employee threw it into the bag so forcefully that the container opened and spilled all over my food, ruining the meal. I asked to speak with the manager, and the employee told me she was the manager, yet refused to provide her name. This is not the first time I have experienced poor treatment from this individual. The repeated lack of professionalism, refusal to assist customers properly, and dismissive attitude are extremely frustrating—especially as a regular customer. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed, and I would appreciate being contacted regarding a refund for my order, since the food was ruined due to the way the vinaigrette was handled. I enjoy Chipotle and hope this matter can be addressed so future visits reflect the level of customer service your brand is known for. Thank you for your time. Luis Rivera
