  El personal no es cortes y ponen menos cantidad de ingredientes que en otros Chipotle. El local estaba sucio y desordenado.

  This store is usually pretty good compared to the other Chipotles in the area, but my order tonight was the worst I've gotten from here. My burrito was about the same size as a taco, the cilantro lime sauce was missing, and the side of steak I ordered was insanely dry and had zero flavor.

  Stopped into this location to pick up a late dinner. It was 10:25 pm. Took about 13 minutes before anyone said a word to us at the counter. We wanted to order the carnitas bowl and the chicken Al pastor bowl that’s being advertised. They were out of both. We ordered a side of guacamole, got to the end and asked if we could get chips before paying. “No.” Was the response. After we already had received very poor service through ordering two meals, neither of us at that point wanted to eat here anymore. I said out loud okay this is a joke. And the guy helping us said, “we close soon I don’t know what to tell you”. I said “we came in at 10:25 and nobody helped us until now”. We didn’t come in 2 minutes before close. If you can’t help serve customers 35 minutes before you close then maybe changing the hours of operation could be beneficial. At least the gentleman doing the online orders was working fast and seemed to know what he was doing. We would have rather ordered online than receive poor service in person. Then again they would have been out of the product we wanted anyways. A friendly “Hey guys welcome in. Just so you know, we’re closing soon and there’s a few things we’re unfortunately out of but this is what we do have” could have gone a long way.
