  Always looking for different tastes and experiences. Chayana serves up both with excellence. The ability to experience Uzbekistan cuisine so close to home was a great treat. The tastes were familiar but different enough to be a new taste experience. The food is excellent. We had a wonderful young waiter and were thrilled to chat with the owner to make this a very personal experience. The restaurant is furnished with modern tastefulness and is immaculate. Prices are very fair. Whether you are a foodie or just looking for something out of the ordinary, you must visit Chayana- you will feel transported to a region you have never experienced before.

  Minus the drink, everything was so delicious. The portion size of the meal was great for the price. Samosa perfect. I got back once a week for a order of baklava made in house! Ill be back soon

  Absolutely love the Plov! The beef Shish kabob is so flavorful and tender! Love this restaurant, and love that I can support a local non-chain business!!

  Absolutely delicious—I’ll definitely be back! One note about the plov: I know there are many variations of this dish, and while I’m not from the culture, I’ve had it quite a few times before. This one was a bit underwhelming. For the price, the meat portion felt sparse, and some pieces were hard to identify—possibly ear or other fatty cuts. There were only a few pieces overall, and the rice was quite undercooked—we actually had to take it home and cook it again ourselves just to finish it. That said, the shish kebabs were outstanding—easily the highlight. I only wish I had known how good they’d be! The samsa (my first time trying it) was also excellent—truly top-tier. The wrap and fries in the picture feels more like an American-style option, if you know what I mean. ;)

  "I had the Plov for lunch, and it was incredible! The rice was perfectly fluffy and infused with all the rich flavors of the meat and spices. You can tell it was slow-cooked with care—the beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the sweet carrots added the perfect balance. If you want a truly satisfying and authentic Central Asian lunch, this is the place to go!"
