  How’s my Carrabas as a great job wonderful person and staff. Every time we go in there where every time we go there for delivery or takeout or just sit down at the restaurant it’s always been a pleasant experience The partner Alex is a very competent individual who takes care of the customers and is there for anything there is need of. This restaurant is a benefit of the community and it’s chosen to support that they do to the outside and help many organizations. Thank you.

  We enjoyed a late Easter lunch at the 434 Carabbas. Our server was Reanna. Her service was beyond exceptional! She was very patient with us as we had a person in our group arrive almost 45 min late. We had the Italian sausage stuffed mushrooms and Meatballs as our appetizers along with the wonderful bread. I had the lamb chops today and they were delicious! Others had the Pistachio crusted Branzino Trout, Chicken piccata, and the Johnny. Reanna handled our multiple requests with efficiently and was just very pleasant. When she offered dessert, we asked if there was anything dairy free and unfortunately there was not. Next thing we know owner comes over with some roasted pecans that he uses on one of the desserts as a sweet non-dairy option! That was so thoughtful and they tasted great! Great experience 10/10

  Shannon was over and beyond helpful. My husband has dementia and everyone one your staff helped including our seating arrangements not to mention the owner Alex who came by our table. 100% be back soon. Refreshing to have wo derful service all around🙏

  We have just recently in the last year, been coming here to the Altamonte Springs location. Almost every time we come, Shavonne has been our server. She is always smiling and in a wonderful mood, even when she’s super slammed. That young woman is a rare gem and genuinely loves her job. She is half the reason why we visit so often. The food has been very delicious and consistent in taste. Keep up the amazing job Shavonne and staff!

  I'd love to give Carrabba's 5 stars... But my experience with the house wine Cabernet has discouraged me. My boyfriend had the chicken Marsala, which he says is freaking amazing. I had the Caprese, it was delicious. The side of fettuccine Alfredo was the best I've ever had. Like seriously the best. The service was great. Taylor was very sweet and helpful.We got our bill and I saw that my 9oz of "house" Cabernet was $16.99... For one freaking glass. House Cabernet cost more than my meal. Then I did my research... Coppala Diamond Cabernet is at Sam's for less than $12 per bottle.. I don't know... Just the fact that the wine was so price gouged was kinda gross and discouraged me from wanting to return. I'm not usually a bitcher, but come on Carrabba's. I asked for your house wine. 🥺
