  Always long lines, very busy restaurant but friendly, hardworking staff helps minimize the wait. Usually out with great food quicker than I expected.

  I asked for a hamburger with no ketchup. Instead of making one without, they scraped the ketchup off the hamburger and gave it to me.

  I want to be nice, but I wasted my time and money. First, this location is clearly intended primarily for online ordering and drive-thru customers. I guess post-pandemic, a lot of restaurants model for bland, featureless, and soda fountain-free lobbies. No-one was actively staffing the register, and i like old-school ordering via a human being. Instead, I used one of the kiosks to order. I customized a very simple sandwich, the Daily Double. My DD had cheese that was still cold, no lettuce and tomatoes, as it should, and it was the least tasteful thing I've eaten in many months. If ever I need a door-stop, I will order the DD again from this location. Nevermind that the parking format forces dine-in customers to walk farther or to cross drive-thru traffic, which often includes distracted drivers checking their orders while moving forward. Poor quality food prep is a reflection of the preparer, the manager, and the franchise owner. By comparison, an alternate nearby location is a 6-star example of McDonald's as it should be. Sorry to be a negative Nancy, or Karen, but gee-wiz, that stunk. Taco Bell for me next time.
