He kept asking for help and no one was really doing anything. Attitude’s were dismal and uncaring. Ended up paying for a signature latte and settled for an ice coffee after waiting about 15min. I wanted to ask for a donut to cover the extra cost I lost out on but just felt bad for the guy and didn’t want to add more work. When I later opened my sausage egg and cheese on a bagel from the back, it was on a wheat bagel of some sort instead of plain, so it was sweet. Pretty bummed about what I paid for that experience.
