    We went there to get burgers and ice cream for lunch. They were supposed to be open at 10:30 am, the doors were locked. So, we went to the restaurant next door and spent 45 dollars.

    DQ was great. The employees were very friendly. The lobby are and seating area was clean, no napkins strewn about or dirty tables. Hamburger and ckn strips were great.

    I never had an issue with this location and it’s not so much the staffs fault, but I had placed an online order for pickup. When I arrive I am told my order has not shown up on their screen in the restaurant and pull up to wait 10 mins for an employee to cone out and say they cannot serve me because the order has no shown up, even after showing them the full receipt of my purchase. I was told to get a refund although it is not that simple as when I called customer service refunds can inly be issued by location owners. Had the employees just made the order I would t have to go through all these hoops. I’ll be not going here for awhile.
