  The FOOD is horrible! Nuggets never crispy, always soft and fries always over cooked! Worst chick fil A EVER. They have a lot of work that need to be done here at this location.

  WORST CHICK FIL A IN THE COUNTRY! Do NOT go here Got here before breakfast time with my pregnant fiance and was told that they had already transitioned to lunch. They gave us 3 free “meal” vouchers that did not contain the item we were there to purchase. We came back to get the situation fixed and called to speak with a manager who said they were going to get us 4 breakfast burritos for free . Then another manager called just for them to tell us they understand the issue , blah blah blah. Then when we got there they said it was going to be35$ I said what happened to yall covering this ? They said they don’t do that and won’t do that and that there’s nothing they can do. Then offered us a free cookie and didn’t even give us that. This place is a joke and is run by greedy people. They wouldn’t take our order at 1028 but they take lunch orders at 1024 while we’re in line This is the worst chick fil a Don’t waste your money

  This location is always busy! I am here every single day and the staff is always so attentive and kind. Some mornings they are so busy and Fallen is RUNNING back and forth delivering orders! She truly loves her jobs and cares deeply about customer satisfaction. The dedication of this team keeps me coming back time and time again. They represent Chick-fil-A very well. Fallen is the BEST and reminds me there’s great hard working people still in this world.

  Misleading drive through signage caused us to be forced into the mobile app line and we were stuck for 30 minutes. Nobody walked by to give us a chance to explain. We refuse to use an app to order food. Overall a poor customer experience hinged on poorly designed drive through signage.

  Hello Team Members of Alachua, My name is Matthew Ezell and I am the guy that picked up the rush wedding order on Saturday. I want to share some pictures with you and what I plan on posting a review with. Thank you so much for saving Josh and Lexi Reuter's wedding reception with the good Lord's chicken! "Chick-fil-A Saves The Day”! They whipped up the food within 30 minutes while having a long line of customers inside the restaurant as well as having both drive throughs full of cars. The manager, John, and his wife, Ruth, received my phone call around 4:00 PM and graciously agreed to commit to a rush order for a wedding that the original caterer was a no call no-show. John and his team definitely rose to the occasion and went above and beyond to ensure that Josh and Lexi had a good meal for their wedding reception. They were super nice and you could really tell that they cared and empathized with our situation of the original caterer being a no call no-show. I arrived around 4:30 PM at the Chick-fil-A located in Alachua, FL, with store number 05989. By 4:45 PM, they had the truck loaded up and ready to roll, or at least I thought so. I left and when I arrived back at the wedding venue, The Barn at Rembert Farms, I realized I forgot the salad. As I went to hop back in the truck to go pick it up, Hannah from Chick-fil-A had met me at the venue with the salad. She went out of her way to make sure we didn't go without. I'm extremely impressed, delighted, and grateful for all of the hard work and compassion that the employees provided us with. We also want to give a shout out to the DJ, Scotty Lee Williams, for letting us use his truck to pick up the food. P.S. The mother of the bride, Shannon Parrish Glover, is very grateful is says God Bless you all!
