  Taco Bell did not get my order right they put ranch instead of sour cream in my taco supreme I didn't want this in my taco supreme is this some sick joke I did not want this I am very disappointed that I have ranch instead of sour cream these people at Taco Bell don't get my order right sometimes when I went to this Taco Bell before the drink Starry I got didn't taste right it doesn't taste like Starry soda tasted like nothing it wasn't strong enough tasted awful and it gets worse because they didn't get my order right for the taco supreme they put ranch instead of sour cream they got the order right for Nachos BellGrande but not the taco so I am very disappointed these people never get my order right sometimes like sometimes they do but sometimes they don't so I am very disappointed food is good but Taco Bell needs to make the place better but it's getting worse if they could make this place better I will bring the 2 out of 5 stars to 5 out of 5 stars if they make this place better but still disappointed

  Got home looked in the bag. Cheese grilled steak burrito is not there. Half of my chicken quesadilla was not there.

  I have always enjoyed this Taco Bell location, but the decision to replace human employees with an AI ordering system is deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Customers come here expecting real customer service, not to be forced into interacting with a machine. This change feels like a blatant attempt to cut costs at the expense of both employees and customers. Human interaction matters, and removing it degrades the entire experience. Even your own staff acknowledge that these changes are widely disliked. If this direction continues, you risk driving loyal customers away and damaging the franchise long-term. I strongly urge you to reconsider this approach and return to a standard, human-centered model of customer service.
