  Im from philly so I know a real hoagie when I see one and Primos hoagies on kirkwood hwy is the place to go. I drove for miles today just to go to Primos. They're from the philly area so they definitely know how to make a good hoagie. Lots of meat Cheese and toppings. They don't skimp on anything like other phony hoagie, sub places in delaware. So check out Primos hoagies. You won't be sorry. Their prices are reasonable and the restaurant is super clean. The staff is fantastic

  Lousy, Philly Cheesesteak Dry, to much cheese, not melted. Missing fried onions and crushed red peppers. I feel like you just can't get any decent take out anymore, especially in Delaware. Higher price, poor quality.
