  The worst, the dumbest, most incompetent McDonald’s ever. Always forgetting something and the system y’all have for bringing out orders is dumb. This was such a nice location before the remodel. Idk what happened Food is good though, service is just astronomically inefficient

  If I can put a bad comment I would but your employees or managers need better customer service I just went to get food not to long ago from here and a lady got mad because my man said the order wrong or sum and she said you can’t do that then proceeded to come to the window with a nasty attitude and forget half of my condiments !!! Get better service

  This McDonald's location on Concord Pike has great staff members that are very attentive to their customers waiting at the front counter. This location looks great from the nice building, to the inside of McDonald's with the Halo Round Booth as soon as you walk through the 2nd main door. The Halo light is one of a kind at this McDonald's location. I wish I've gotten a picture of the round booth. Keep up the good work on the cleanliness of the store 👍-The food came out Nice and Hot. I've a good experience.

  Clean and contemporary McDonalds. I liked that the food was brought to the table after ordering from the kiosk. I had the McCrispy meal. The chicken was crunchy on the outside, yet moist and tender on the inside. It was delicious. Great place for a quick bite.
