  They are way too slow Very unwelcoming customer service, made me feel like they don’t to take my order. Also, they drop the food for next ticket in fryer after the first one is done however they can just drop the food for multiple tickets in fryer at a time so that they can get it to the customers faster.

  Horrible workers in there stared at us eat the whole time laughing went in there feb 18th with a few coworkers they were on the phone with a guy watching us we all felt uncomfortable we think they did something to our food.

  At 2 minutes to 11 am before opening, they were told to stand outside to wait. Mind you that day it was freezing cold out! No compassion for my husband and child at ALL! The door was open and not locked. Unbelievable! Especially since I work in the industry! If the door is open, you are normally welcomed inside. Not here! Our child is 11 years old! Rude! No they did not eat here! I cant say anything about the food. The 3.3 star review says everything about this place! If you dont want people waiting inside, then lock your door.

  i waited 1 hour for my food and they told me it would be another 30 minute wait. every time i asked for an update they said they didn’t know. HOW?! I finally decided to cancel my order and won’t get my money back for another 5-7 business days!!! As I talked to some people in there one guy said he has been waiting for almost 2 hours!!! He missed the whole first half of the super bowl game!! This is ridiculous and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!!!!😡 Just go to mcdonald’s. I wasted all my gas to go there just to go home with no food. Absolutely terrible service and this should NOT have happened!!!

  The places where I will order wings is very limited, because I refuse to buy them from anywhere that does not allow (for a modest upcharge) one to order all flats or all drums. Places that do not offer this option always have some excuse. Their loss. Wingstop allows this to be done, so points! Their mobile app is well structured, easy to use, and comprehensive in terms of allowing all the options and customizations. More points! The last time (a couple years ago) I explored my Wingstop options, I think the closest one to me was up by the Philadelphia Airport. This new location on Naaman's Road is very close to me. Even more points! My mobile order was complete and neatly packaged by the time I arrived. They seal up all the mobile orders, I guess, as if they're all for Door Dashers to pickup, which seems a little excessive, but that's how a lot of places roll these days. The bag contained exactly what I ordered, which is always nice. If you order a drink, you have to serve it for yourself, which is fine, especially since I am a "no ice" guy and other places screw that up all the time. They offer more fountain beverage options than many places. All the points! The person at the counter was pleasant... not much interaction was required to hand me my prepaid order bag. Points! The food was hot and perfectly done. Definitely satisfied my craving for wings. The points that, in the end, matter the most! The only knock, at all, is that they use those infernal paper straws. I have deducted one one-hundreth of one star for that. 4.99 stars. I will be back... often.
