This is at around 10 PM…because the doors are locked, I go through the drive-through and the manager I guess it was gave me a big attitude and told me that I had to go through the front door and when I tried to explain to him that the doors were locked, he got smart with me. It was extremely disrespectful. He needs another job not in customer service and a trip to the gym.

I have never been to a Wendy's that ever said that! The manager was rude and wouldn't help. Thankfully I had my card and was able to pay with it, but really?? There was no ketchup, straws, snd the area where you were supposed to get the ketchup was disgusting!! No clean tables, bathroom was a mess and they weren't busy either....I may never come to this one again...worst service ever!!
