When we arrived they had a private party happening and the vendors for the party pointed us in the direction of the dining area. We walk over and there was no one there to greet us, we stood there waiting with others and after a few minutes someone finally sat us. Once we were sat, it took 10-15 minutes for someone to come take our order, we ordered our food and I ordered a drink which I never received . There was one person waiting 3 tables, it took an hour for our food to come out and when it did the food wasn’t that great. All the focus was given to the event in the other room, leaving myself and other diners with a not so great experience. This is really disheartening because I’ve heard many good things about this establishment and was excited to try, for a night like Valentine’s Day there needs to be more employees scheduled.
