  Service was horrible too 2 hours for my food to be delivered good was cold..and to top it off delivery driver didn’t even wait for me to answer the door just put my food on the ground and left

  A drive came back with an order after attempting to deliver and learning she picked up the wrong order. The tender took it right back and placed it on the shelf then handed it to another driver. They should have remade the order. Then the delivery guy came in from doing drop offs, without washing his hands or removing his outside garments went straight into the food preparation area and started helping prepare the food. Hygiene isn’t something to play with inside a food supply store

  We placed an online order for a papa pairings with two items ($6.99 each), a pizza, and 4 sauce cups ($3.00). One part of the pairings was garlic Parmesan breadsticks. We received breadsticks with no toppings and no sauce cups. We had to call the store and they confirmed they were out of the ingredients and sent the order anyway, and would refund us only about $7 for the issue. When informed the refund should be $9.99 ($6.99 + $3) we were hung up on. We would order pizza from here frequently without issues, this is extremely disappointing.
