Then, if it is ready, it's in the back somewhere and never on the shelf where you can actually grab it and go. Don't bother asking the cooks about it, because they will just ignore you and continue doing what they're doing. It defeats the purpose of "Rapid pick up" if you have to spend time chasing down your order from behind the counter.

Saw plenty of people walking up and ordering faster than myself who "pre ordered the food". They have a sign in there that says "Skip the line, order ahead on the app", Lol. Staff looked careless and no desire to check on my food after I notified them it was past my pickup time. I understand if something happens in the kitchen or something else occurs. But waiting 30 min extra after my pick up time is inexcusable for a sandwich.
