Last time I was there a month ago the girl gave me attitude and still got it wrong TWICE. I complained to get my money back I didn’t eat the food. I used to just eat it without saying anything, then I started asking nicely… now I don’t care, waste YOUR food not mine. I paid toooooooooooo much money to not only not get what I paid for but get half the serving, half the quality and half the food. I often order a LARGE $9.99 salad…what i ALWAYS get is a half salad in a large bowl and the dressing cups taking up like 40% of the bowl. So infuriating! Not to mention the lettuce is always cold, like crunchy cold. I don’t know if they know frozen lettuce is DISGUSTING and they give you old leafs that literally turn the bowl brown. Ugh. I stopped coming for a while, thought maybe it was just my frustration being there too often…nope, it’s gotten worse. Came in this morning (9am) someone was slamming stuff behind the counter. I’ve had those days not even gonna pay mind. I’m sure working in the food industry is a lot…Actually didn’t care you could hear. Then I went to get coffee and the dude slammed the coffee shelf DIRECTLY NEXT TO MY EAR. It scared the crap out of me my ear hurt for a few minutes😠

She great with customers and I wish I had her ability and patience. When I learn her name I will update. Place is usually clean, quick, and always busy.
