    I ordered the Grinch meal. Paid $14.99 (lesson learned- get a receipt, I didn’t and i’m mad I didn’t) When I pulled up they look completely confused that I ordered the grinch meal because that’s not what they had and since I ordered the grinch meal I still owe $2.00 more. I told them I paid 15 DOLLARS already. They made me pay the $2.00 and then showed me a receipt they just pulled out of “my previous order” and it didn’t even match my card number. The guy said “it’s a mystery” and closed the window. Complete unacceptable. I paid $17 for a Big Mac and some socks. Lesson learned when asked to get a receipt get the receipt! Cause apparently nobody could figure it out

    Food was fine, but the staff was trash. I asked for my receipt 3 times, only to wait for 5 minutes at the window at the end of the drive thru until I just drive off. I’ve gotten better service at 11pm on a Monday at this location, they need to fire whoever is working the drive thru. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at this location and I want to stress to management that the only thing that was wrong was the drive thru worker who refused to give me my receipt.
