  I placed an order through the McDonald’s app at 8:45 and waited in the parking lot until 9:20. When I arrived, the staff couldn’t see my order, even after I showed the confirmation. I ended up sitting there frustrated while they tried to figure it out. Very disappointing experience — the app and staff coordination need serious improvement.they really are the worst , my friend was waiting inside for 20 min to get a meal which is placed ahead so frustrating, not recommended

  Nothing like pulling into a "fast food" place, just to be told after paying and getting the drink to pull into one of the curbside pickup locations, then sit there for at lest 5 minutes while ppl who pull in after you get their food first

  For once in my life I had phenomenal service at a McDonalds. Got my food out super quick and the workers were very pleasant. I wish I knew their names but the gentleman were awesome.

  Consistently disappointed. Tried this location several times (around 6:30-8 am), bc it's conveniently located for me. Ordered the same thing each time. They are consistent if nothing else: sold me a rock hard stale biscuit that was clearly made yesterday and maybe thrown in a warmer or microwave, with lukewarm hash browns as a consolation prize. The only upside was the soda; caffeine does hit the spot. But I'm not "lovin' it" when I pay full price for stale food. While I tried to tell myself each time that it was a fluke, that doesn't seem to be the case. Won't be back, but I doubt anyone cares about that or this review.

  Not sure how a place can consistently be terrible!! You’d think they’d get it right AT SOME POINT!! You build a double drive thru with three windows and it seems not a single person knows how to work the bifurcated lane!! The third window now becomes the “pull forward we will bring it out to that window” spot instead of assigning windows appropriately when people order based on the lane they order in. Not to mention there are 2 spots for waiting for food right around the corner so no one can get by safely with the thru traffic coming in next to the drive thru now!! PLEASE SOMEONE CONSULT CHIC FIL-A—they know how to do it efficiently!! Not to mention—every. Single. Person. in the drive thru is just plain rude inattentive!!!
