While I understand that customer service can be stressful and everyone has tough days, it made the interaction quite unpleasant and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel at ease being served and ended up leaving disappointed. I hope management ensures staff are properly supported and able to work in a calm environment for both employees and customers.
