I suspect that the fryer oil isn’t being changed as frequently as it should be. The restaurant looks “modern,” but the design is cold and uncomfortable, and it’s almost impossible to get help if something’s missing from your order because staff stay in the back. The drive-thru is also relatively slow -- you almost always have to pull ahead and wait. We now drive farther to a different McDonald’s to avoid getting sick. Even the McDonald’s customer service page wouldn’t let me report this (error message; tried twice on mobile and twice on PC).

It didn’t feel sanitary or welcoming at all. I expected better maintenance and attention from the staff. Hope management improves the cleanliness because the experience today was not good.
