I waited for 45 minutes to get my order and had to ask twice to get it. They didn't come back the first time and I had to walk up and ask again. And they brought soup and main dish at the same time. Tomato soup was good, but Chinese bhel didn't look like the photo at all. It was mostly noodles. Overall food was OK but service was very poor. I don't think I'll go there again. This seems to be a frequent issue with this branch. Take a look at the other comments before going.

I usually never write bad reviews, especially about food, because mistakes can happen anywhere—even at home. But this experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel it’s important to share the honest truth to guide others. I ordered a South Indian thali, mango lassi, and noodles with Manchurian. The Manchurian was shocking—only two round Manchurian balls were cut into three pieces each, so I received just six small pieces in total. This dish cost more than $15, which is completely unacceptable for the quantity and presentation. The mango lassi tasted like it was more than 3 days old and was not fresh at all. In the South Indian thali, more than 50% of the items seemed to be frozen, lacking freshness and authentic taste. The only item that was good was the carrot halwa. I am not someone who counts money when it comes to food—I came for good food and a good experience. Unfortunately, there was zero customer service and food quality was very poor. This combination leaves no words to describe the disappointment. To make matters worse, I suffered serious stomach issues the entire night after eating here. Because of this, I felt it was my responsibility to write this review at 2:40 AM, as I believe people deserve to know the truth before spending their money and risking their health. Very disappointing experience overall.

I’ve been here a few times and it has gotten worse each time. The food takes an incredibly long time and the service is horrendous. When I called before arriving to ask about an item on the menu, I was hung up on. They did not even get my order correct and they have not great communication. They seem to prioritize take out maybe? But looks like we will need to find another Indian place because this is enough and I’ve given more than enough chances.

Very disappointing experience. We ordered French fries, dosa, and paneer sabzi, and none of the dishes had any taste at all. Everything felt bland and poorly prepared, which is shocking for an Indian restaurant where flavor is key. The dosa lacked crispness, the paneer sabzi was completely underwhelming, and even the French fries were forgettable. Overall, the food felt careless and uninspired. Definitely not worth the money, and we would not return. I had been in many honest and Indian restaurants, trust me this is not worth

We've been here three times so we already knew that there was no atmosphere and it was a no frills place. The other night when we showed up, it was freezing cold in the restaurant. I had to use the restroom and it was disgusting. There was urine all over the toilet and the floor. I returned to our table only to find that there were no menus. If we wanted to see what we could order, we had to scan a qr code. Our slightly older friends who we met, there would not have been able to do that. After scrolling through the menu on my phone, and trying to place our order, we come to find out that they are out of almost everything that we wanted. We decided to share a couple of dishes and ordered everything mild since one of our friends could not handle anything hot and spicy. The food was okay, but our friend wound up with some serious adverse reaction to the food that was spicier than we ordered. So my wife goes and gets the waiter to bring some ice cream, which they should have comped for their mistake, but no, that'll be $4.49 you. Then, we were hanging out talking and they kicked us out fifteen minutes before their closing time. Needless to say we will not be going back there again.
