And that’s the normal amount of butter… not extra.. couldn’t even eat it, it was so gross. The bagel was cold as well. It wasn’t even that busy when I was there. It’s like the person that made it hates their job. The lady at the window though was extremely nice!!! - she’s prob the only thing saving this location.

When I inquired with one lady about my order, she didn't respond, and after a few moments, I asked another person who was helpful, but that lady was informing him that he had already asked everyone. Customer service is inadequate.

There's a high likelihood they will talk about you in another language, assume you don't understand them, and proceed to make jokes at your expense in another language. Mind you while the store is busy and full of customers. Nice to know that the employees still have time for comedy acts while working on the clock. If I conducted myself like this I'd be fired, but I guess that's just the work culture at this location. Some stores aren't worth visiting, this very well may be one of them, just based on poor customer service. I'd much rather support a location with more professional staff that isn't going to disrespect the patrons.
