I normally order from the Polly Drummond Hill Rd store, but since this one was closer I decided to give it a try, and that was a HUGE mistake. I ordered a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza and a classic garden salad. The pizza was just okay, but the salad was absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was wilted, brown, and completely inedible. I took it back, and the person who handed me the order (who I assume was the manager) refused at first to refund just the salad. Instead, he insisted on replacing it but the second salad though better looking was just as bad, with mushy, slimy onions. When I asked for just the salad to be refunded, he flat-out told me it was impossible and that the ONLY way I could get a refund was if I returned the entire order, including the pizza. The problem was my kids were already in the car eating the pizza! I explained that to him, but he still insisted. So, I had no choice but to pull the pizza away from my children, bring back what they were eating, and return it just to get my money back. This was not only an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience, but also a huge inconvenience for my family. My kids were upset because they had to stop eating so I could bring the pizza back for a refund. The way this situation was handled was beyond disappointing. Horrible food quality, zero customer service, and a complete lack of common sense or care for the customer experience. I will never order from this location again.
