  I never received my order. Samuel was preparing my food while David was assigned to deliver it, yet it never arrived. I order from here often and had no missed calls or messages—especially important since I work in a prison and can’t always access my phone. This situation was very unprofessional. The manager said I would be refunded, but I’m still waiting to see if that actually happens. I waited 2–3 hours for my food, which is completely unacceptable.

  Order online waited 45 mins for them to tell me no sandwiches available. Bad customer service. They could barely speak English smh.

  Horrible. I ordered two pizzas. The deiver called me saying that she couldn’t find my address. (Even though i’ve had pizza delivered from them many times) i gave her directions, but she hanged up on me. 10 minutes later, my pizza is not delivered. In the meantime, The app tracker shows the order as delivered. I call the store, and they tell me that they have to put me on hold until the driver gets there, because they need to ask her what happened before they are able to solve my problem. I ask them to call me, and they told me that they don’t have a pen, but they have to put menon hold anyway. The manager answered just to tell me that he could send my pizzza and give me a drink for my trouble. It’s been 1 hour and the puzza hasn’t got here. No way to call anybody at the corporate office, or cuatomer service. This is just the worst experience.

  I am very disappointed with my recent experience with this Domino’s location. I live five minutes away by car and about fifteen minutes on foot. I placed an order and was told the delivery would take less than thirty minutes. However, I waited over an hour. I tracked the delivery driver through the Domino’s app and watched him go to several locations before coming near my address. A friend and I saw the Domino’s car literally speed right past my house without stopping. Ten to fifteen minutes later, the driver called and said he was lost. It took another ten to fifteen minutes before he finally found my home. My address is easy to locate with GPS, so this was very disappointing. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. The cheese had melted and stuck to the top of the cardboard box, and the toppings had slid to one side. The driver apologized briefly and handed me the food, but that was it. This experience could have been avoided with more attention to detail and better service. I expected more from a store so close to my home. I will not be ordering from this location again.

  They are terrible with walk in service!!! They would have you standing there for 5 mins looking at not taking your order!!! Yall have all these delivery drivers that don’t know how to do shit! Sad! Do better!! Hire ppl that care about customers service and getting ppl in and out!!! Not only catering to online orders
