Very responsive to requests and rapid and hospitable service. We were catering a memorial but I expect people eat more for more festive events. Do you have a cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit is required to confirm all orders. Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event. There are no cancellations after full payment is due. Any events with full service will require final head count, changes, and final payment 14 days prior to the event. There are no cancellations after full payment is due.
Your order begins well before you receive it. This starts with ordering food from our many vendors, receiving, prepping, cooking, and delivery. This can be days or even weeks ahead. For this reason, we cannot cancel your food after the payment due date. It is suggested that you have a contingency plan for bad weather. If you decide not to take delivery for any reason, as a courtesy, your order can be frozen and held for a later date for no charge, or we will deliver to a homeless shelter in your name with no delivery charge.

Does Appleton Catering deliver?
Yes. We charge $35 for cold order drop-off up to 10 miles (over 10 miles charged per mile); $50 for warm order drop-off up to 10 miles (over 10 miles charged per mile); $95 delivery and setup to 10 miles (over 10 miles charged per mile); and $20 charge per chafing dish - includes all Sterno, tongs, serving spoons, bowls, and bread baskets.
Does Appleton Catering offer full-service catering and servers?
Full-service catered events include linens, plates and silverware, servers, bartenders, and a banquet captain in charge of the event. We will set up your appetizers and the buffet, set the tables in your dining room, serve from behind the buffet, and clean up the entire event. Make an appointment with one of our event coordinators to get a quote.
