The women on register 1 had ignored the customers and kept working ringing up orders. We waited for about 5 minutes. When I went and asked a female employee that was working in the food ale, if she could get the office staff to get and employee at the front desk. She told me to get the cashier on register 1. This was unprofessional and ungodly. The customer behind me asked the women on a different register if she could wait on the customers at the service desk. The employee had taken her time the service was not good. The staff needs to be retrained.
