This is the second time I bought meat from this location and it was spoiled. Bed smell with weird discoloration on the lamb chops. The first time this happened was with the salmon, it smelled rancid. I hadn’t even noticed the smell until I got to the register, you could smell it through the plastic. I assumed it was something else in the store. This is very upsetting because we pay for fresh quality food and instead we get salmon that smells like spoiled fish milk and dull, discolored, rotten lamb chops. Highly upset.

Has a very prison-like aesthetic to it with all of the cattle chutes directing where you cannot go. I would have better mobility in a West Philly Acme instead.

Putting my self out here because I want to help others.
I have been shopping at Acme as of recently and as a pregnant mother with children I am disappointed to find out that this company takes money from people with no explanation and no plans to correct a wrong.
I used an ebt card on November 19 and a portion of my order was charged on the ebt card, but I was charged an additional 25.00 on my debit card.
I only purchased food items. I called customer service and was told that Amish butter is not covered, but that only accounted for 10.99 of the 25.00. The rep could not tell me anything else. She told me I have to call ebt and find out what is eligible. The butter I bought was the only new thing I purchased.
she then tried to tell me baby food was the problem...this is false. She refused to refund any of my money and told me I have to do the leg work to find out why they took money from me, and then I have to show proof of why they need to return it.
I will never shop at acme again, this treatment of customers, especially vulnerable ones, is disgusting.
It's a shame this is the closest store to me, but I am willing to drive to get better customer service.
I am still waiting on them to tell me why I was charged and why butter of all things is not covered when I have purchased Amish butter at another store.....on ebt. Please pay attention to your receipts, especially if you are a recipient of ebt.
