  This is the worst Dunkin location around. I believe that they do not know how to make lattes so just serve your drink with hot coffee instead of espresso, despite taking your money for a latte. This has happend both times I've been there, an employee either doesn't know how to make drinks or they are blatantly stealing from customers.

  They are ALWAYS rude and always late with my food and drinks. I order four things every weekend and they have made me late to work. They’re all lazy, none of them wear uniforms ever and the manager doesn’t even help out or do his job. Horrible customer service. The only one who does their job is the one young white girl with tattoos. She greets me and my mom in the morning and says “good morning beautiful/gorgeous” she is such a sweetheart and she’s never messed up any of our orders. She does it all super fast too.

  Second time here and it was just as bad as the first time. Two different employees. in drive thru I waited about 4 minutes before being serviced. then I ordered and took it upon myself to drive up because I waited another few minutes. Got to the window and he asked me what I ordered. I got my drink but I was like I also got loaded hashbrowns. When i looked, i just got hashbrowns. The whole time, fuy was on the phone talking. Absolutely no customers besides me.

  Past 3 times we stopped in for hot chocolate and hashbrowns Either the hot chocolate machine is broken or their oven is broken after 6 pm. When finally we got hot chocolate its not even worth the money.

  The bathroom the only one they have was completely soiled. Whoever went in there last used the sink. I ran out of there fast as I could.
