Yesterday the order I pick up they forgot one bag getting through to anyone on the phone was difficult but when I did they found my stuff that’s good right not so fast went pick my stuff they forgot call three times on second call they said they where bring my stuff out 17 mins later I call again the person answer and says I just got here, finally someone brings it out totally confused by where he thinks I should be park now I told the store twice where I was park then it took probably 3 mins to put my bag in the back of my car Communication problem for them to manually close my hatch which took another two minutes people use drive up go because they don’t have time to waste shopping in the store something maybe acme should know

They were polite and respectful. They were ousted from the property by an employee. I asked what harm they were doing and was told to mind my own business. My response was okay well here’s the items I just bought from Acme you can have them back.
