  I hate to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order. The restaurant had all the orders all out of sync.

  I drove into this wendy’s on a thursday night looking for dinner. when i got to the window i was greeted by a young lady who kept getting our order wrong over the mic. when i received my food they did not give me my drink and i asked for a regular bacon cheeseburger and ended up getting a big huge baconator. (btw increased my total price by 4.00$) when i went back to the window to complain i was told and i quote it’s not that big of a deal. this is completely unacceptable and inappropriate . lost a costumer

  2 words Fast and Fresh. Haven't had good Wendys in a while till I visited this location. First time ever and I am amazed to see the speed of service and HOT food not warm HOT. Awesome team bringing it together

  A little dismayed at not being able to add an item at the window of drive through but the staff was pleasant and service was quick.

  Went through the drive-through, I got a potato with chives and sour cream. They did not give me any sour cream or a fork. I was on my way to Newark, but since the manager wanted to be rude on the phone, I turned around because I was in the mood to play today. On the phone, she kept refusing to give me a refund, saying she would give me sour cream, when I came to the store, the manager would not even face me and just sent five dollars out with her employee. They need to hire decent people at the stores who aren’t cowards.
