  I’m a doordasher and when i there to pick up an order of a big pizza and 3 sodas. this rude lady at the front has an attitude with me and was very disrespectful towards me. As a dasher we shouldn’t be treated as animals from the workers. Go to dominos they are way better.

  Some lady was working who got our order wrong, we placed the order at 2:49, it was supposed to be ready at 3:29 and we left with our food at 4:40 because someone else had to come in and recook one of our pizzas after we had been sitting there. Other people in the lobby were sitting there for just as long. Then she caught an attitude bc no one was happy with her. Do better

  Walk into Pizza Hut this evening was greeted by Henry very polite. Let me know that my order was still being prepared. I still had about a six minute wait I really appreciate being acknowledged as soon as I walk through the door and then once I ask for my order being told how long my expected weight was going to be and sure enough about six minutes later he came out with my food was very kind friendly the lobby was clean. I’ll definitely be visiting this place again. Thanks again Henry for a good experience.

  This has been the worse pizza hut I have ever been to on a consistent basis. Every time I go there is only one person working the front counter and the kitchen. There is no customer service that exist here. I went on March 19 and the lobby was filled with people and smoke. My son could barely breathe in there and kept complaining. For the 15 mins I was there no one got there food and one employee walked out the building to catch the bus. I will never return and it would be better for this store to be closed. I will be reporting this to corporate.

  By far the worst Pizza Hut in the entire universe. The woman who claimed to be the store manager was working by herself. I get it—you’re bad at scheduling employees—but she was extremely nasty to my wife and that’s not an excuse to treat customers like garbage. First, my wife tried to order online, and apparently the order got lost, yet they still took our money. Then she went into the store, and this nasty excuse for a manager was talking to my wife like she was some third-rate person. Seriously—you work at Pizza Hut, you’re not Queen Latifah. The level of disrespect was unbelievable—especially coming from someone whose job is literally to provide customer service. At that point we decided it was too much of a hassle to try and go somewhere else, so we went ahead and ordered the pizza again. My wife ordered three medium pizzas, and this woman looked at her with a snotty attitude and said, “You know they’re twenty dollars apiece, right?” as if we couldn’t afford it or didn’t understand basic math. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If you hate your job that much, do everyone a favor and find another one instead of taking it out on customers. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever seen from someone claiming to be a manager. Not to mention the fact that your website is charging people and then losing their orders. What started as $60 worth of pizza turned into $80 because there are no in-store deals. Between the broken ordering system and the manager’s terrible attitude, this place is a complete mess. Store #4485... you would have a better experience eating out of the garbage cans in the back of a legitimate pizza place.
