  Messed up our order, forgot my BIG MAC in my BIG MAC meal, how do u forget the main part of the meal? Forgot ice creams on both me and my brothers orders, said there was no cone when I asked and 5 minutes later I saw people with cones in the back and my brother asked for his missing cone and got it, the lady at the counter was yelling and rude say "why you bothering me again?", tables werent clean either, keep in mind this was NOT a rush hour and was a pretty low customer time.

  Service was horrible. Part of my order was missing in drive-thru had to go inside, was at the counter for over 5 minutes and basically ignored. The worst McD's

  Big Arch was straight garbage. For $13, why would anyone really bother to go to McD’s anymore. Customers are better off going to a chain restaurant like Chili’s, mom and pop joints for way better burgers and service, or Chik Fil A. This McDonald’s location and others in the area clearly don’t care about the way they make or present their food to customers so why not showcase their masterpiece for everyone to see. As you can see from the pics the box is greased out. Once opened I knew I would be disappointed, the burgers somehow are barely stacked. Not sure if they were running low on sauce or if this was the norm. Cheese covering part of the burger, and for whatever reason, the soggy “crispy” onions were located at the bottom of the burger not the top. It was dry, season less and trashed after a CEO bite.
