- GSGza SmithAug 5, 20251.0The staff locks down the inside so people can't come in when it's still daylight out ...the windows are so disgusting you can't see through them. The staff is constantly running in and out of the building to smoke ciggs and who knows what else. The staff are rude and does not practice safe serve food handling protocols which is evident in the fact that they don't want anyone to see what they are doing when handling your food. I didn't even feel comfortable eating my food (after spending 28.00) just thinking bout their dirty uniforms, the lady and gentleman standing outside smoking for the 30 mins in between visits as they said I had to come bo in 30 mins for 12 tacos....which I wouldn't have minded except there was no other business besides myself there at the time. I wasted my money time and gas on food I couldn't even stomach eating after seeing what I did.....there was a older gentleman outside (still) after arriving and returning after 30 mins who tried to open the door then said the lobby was closed due to electrical issues...but that lobby was well lit up from what I could see.... From what I could gather these employees don't like their job. Don't want customers, or to work. Good luck to the franchise owner because then workers don't care about your investment. I am likely going to report them to the dept of health.
