I placed an order using the Pizza Hut app for delivery, and the delivery person (it goes through third party even on the Pizza Hut app) never gave me my order. I spent almost 2 hours going back and forth with door dash and Pizza Hut trying to solve the issue and he truly was the only helpful person even though the situation wasn’t really in his hands. He ended up remaking the order for me and when I went to the store in person to try to contact door dash while at the store, he already made it for me and was going to call me. I’m very thankful because it was my last $30 that I spent for my son and I, because he had a really great week at school and wanted pizza for a reward. Truly thankful for the guy at the counter for helping me out.
