  Used the drive thru during rush hour. I won't say the lady that took our was friendly but, wasn't rude either it was thier busy time and I'm sure they were trying to push people through. Ordered the burger bundle, they forgot the sauce for the nuggets but, that is a 50/50 no matter what McDonald's you go to.

  Only order here if youre prepared to wait a half hour to get your order. It doesnt matter if there is Noone in the store you will still wait a half hour and your order will prob be wrong.

  So I never have any issues but today drive-through experience was horrible. I had forgot to add a couple things in my order And asked him if I could add two more things an extra fry an extra coke. A girl passing my bag and then passing the drinks, I asked for a cupholder cause I was thinking I was gonna get three drinks and got two on top of that. The soda falls on my falls on me while she was given to me and didn’t even bother to ask me if I could get a refill for it when I was trying to give it back to her, and she just stared at me. Once I got settled down, I had told her there must be a mistake in my order that’s when I realized that I forgot to order the extra fry extra Coke so I proceeded to ask if I could add that I was gonna pay for it and then she walks away and closes the window And then comes back to tell me I have to go back around the line. Other times when older messes up, don’t tell me to pull up forward and they’ll fix it for me real quick but today it was just different and their attitude and the way they proceeded to handle things just unprofessional. usually there’s a manager standing by the drive-through, but I didn’t see one this time on top of that. I got my fries halfway full just bad service overall and I’ve gone to this McDonald multiple times I’ve never had this issue before.

  The drive-through service is terrible. Made a mistake in my order and I wanted to add two things which was fries and coke Because I thought I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, but the meal option they always put at the bottom which confuse me and proceeded to tell me with an attitude to go back around the line . Also, not first time this has happened last I time I went they told me that they had no more soda yet the main lobby fountain soda was working. Explain that and the Car in front of me got soda. It is terribly managed, and with whoever the manager is not overseeing these issues, I will not be going back.
