Every time I go through the drive thru I have to turn around and go back in because they forgot something or didn't make something right. They do always fix the mistake, however reluctant to do so they are. The food is also never hot, always like warm, but that just may be a Dunkin thing, I don't know. I wish there was a little more care and thought put into making orders. Maybe a leader double checks orders before giving them to the customers?
