- DDDerek DanielsFeb 2, 20263.0I just finished sitting through 4 hours of dialysis. I decided to go to Food Lion to pick up the cooking oil that my wife wanted. I go in and almost immediately find what I was looking for. I stand in the closes line. There was one customer checking out and two ahead of me. The cashier noticed that people were lining up behind me and the line was getting long. She called for "Diane". I'm assuming Diane was the "Head Cashier". Diane came over, looked at the line, looked at what each customer had and chose the gentleman in front of me to go to another line. I thought she could have taken me as well since I only had one item but I definitely believe that he should have been chosen before me because he was in line before me. What spurred me to right this review is after sitting their for several minutes and my line still not moving because the initial customer had a lot of food she was purchasing. Diane returned to our line, this time she decided to take the customer behind me who also had a cart full of food. This was not only frustrating but insulting because i'm trying to determine why she made the second choice she made. The only difference between me and the first guy was the color of our skin. The only differences between the second customer and myself was our sex and the color of my skin. Very frustrating!!

The down side to me is the stores in this shopping center should enforce parking, people park right in front of businesses making driving into the parking lot difficult, these cars should be issued ticket or towed.
