Worst experience at Dunkin'. They stopped serving customers a full 30 minutes before closing, which is already unacceptable. I ordered two coffees, and both cups were defective, coffee was leaking straight from the bottom. It ended up burning my husband’s leg.
To make things worse, I tried calling the store and their phone line doesn’t even work it just rings busy. Between the poor service, safety issue, and lack of accountability, this location seriously needs attention.
The young ladies employed at the drive-thru counter have exhibited a concerning level of rudeness. This morning, I encountered a particularly disrespectful interaction with one of the young ladies who was taking my order and repeatedly asking me to repeat my instructions. The service provided by these young ladies at this location is deteriorating, and as a regular customer who contributes financially to the establishment, I am deeply dissatisfied with the current situation. I urge the management to implement customer service training for these young ladies.

Dunkin in other states are way better then these could ever be. The flavor in the coffee is hardly there. I never see any stir spoons, and no drinks ever taste mixed. Very disappointing considering how good their coffee tastes. Also you need a different variety of donuts, on your kiosk there is donuts we cannot select that I would like to order. I will not ask everytime at the counter to swap what I need because they are usually ignoring you. That needs to change. And where did the powdered donuts go? Those were way above the sprinkled munchkins. Parking lot is a tad small, bathrooms are okay. Customer service needs a change please do better with it. The hot food is usually good. But the consistency with the coffee is not good

The people who work here the majority look very young, teens or early 20s. However, each time I’ve come here the sandwich is either cold or they give me the wrong orders, and they do not seem to care. It’s a bad customer service and whoever is in charge of training these teens are not doing a good job. The problem is that they will carry it to their next job and some are in college, maybe to become nurses. These teens need to be trained at an early age to work hard, treat others with respect, and do the best they can at their job. Then not caring about the work they do and not putting any interest is not a good start if they want to succeed and become professionals. The reason is because they will carry the same bad behavior and laziness to their next job and this is an easy pass to failure in life. They still have time but if they do not change and their older adults do not train them good, it is what will happen. An excellent worker, starts with an excellent manager.
