  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru. The employee who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional (hes missing his front teeth). He spoke with a disrespectful tone and acted like he didn’t care about providing any level of customer service. On top of that, his appearance was unclean, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect at least basic respect and professionalism, especially from a well-known chain like McDonald’s. This visit did not meet those expectations at all. I hope management addresses these issues, because this kind of service is unacceptable.

  I had a great experience thanks to Natasha. Even when I made a mistake placing my order, she stayed incredibly attentive. She took the time to understand what went wrong and made sure everything was corrected quickly without any hassle. It really stood out how much she cared about getting things right and making sure I was satisfied. Excellent customer service—I truly appreciate her help! Great Leader!

  Great brisket tacos !!! So many flavors of margaritas ! This place has been. There since I lived at the beach for the summer if 1984!! Love it! Went with my adult son.

  Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional experience. Thank god I look at my food before I bite into it. Literally a hairball baked into the bread. I took it back to the counter, and instead of apologizing, the employee tried to tell me it was “plastic” and then casually said they’d been pulling it out of the bread all morning. Excuse me?? That is not reassuring in the slightest. While remaking my order, she asked if my sandwich was supposed to be spicy. I said no. Then, while I’m standing right there, I hear her loudly talking to a coworker in the back saying, “She said it’s not spicy but look at it, it looks spicy, so just give her the non-spicy one.” Why are you talking about me like I can’t hear you? I know what I ordered. The whole thing felt rude, dismissive, and honestly gross. Between the hairball-that-isn’t-a-hairball and the staff gossiping about customers at full volume, I’ve completely lost my appetite and any trust in this location’s food handling
