  Terrible experience at this location ! The woman Jen at the counter is nasty and messed up our order ! My wife went back up to her and she was nasty and not helpful at all! $25.00 lunch went into the trash ! Thank You Jen ! Its cause of YOU we will never go back to Arbys ever again ! Mcdonalds, Burger King are on every corner!

  The older lady who originally took my order was a wonderful woman. She was absoluetly delightful. However the kitchen staff was unbearable. A Sunday afternoon, talking 2pm, I ordered 2 chicken bacon swiss, one plain sandwinch of just bread chicken, bacon, and cheese.. the the other sandwich was an as is meal with large fry and drink... Fries were cold and didn't fill the fry box. The first order took 20 minutes plus. And after I tried the order... it was hard cold crunchy breading on dry chicken... while I spoke to my husband of the hard patty the kitchen manager who he claimed to be said he had just cooked it. He then made us new sandwiches after arguing by the drink fountain, where other customers saw and heard. Those sandwiches were better but sloppy as hell. Just the patty on the sandwichs .. our new fresh made sandwiches looked as though blind folk slapped them together.

  I will never eat Arby's again food was so bad had to get to remake it was over 20 min wait was there around 3 o'clock on Sunday there was hobo sleeping in a booth the manger fought with me about the chicken being fresh it was dry and rock hard the frys were cold the only thing that was right was my drink I spent 20 bucks never ever coming back and I will tell other not to go to this location if they most have Arby's
