  I came through the drive thru last night ordered over 20$ worth of food and the lady in the window I believe she may have been a manager never gave me my change back. I gave her a few minute because she was working so hard while the other workers in the back giggled the whole time. That I forgot she owed me change until I had already left the store by then I wasn’t riding all the way back for a couple dollars. Ive worked in the food industry for a long time. There’s no reason 3-4 girls were back there having conversations while the ONE girl in the window looked baffled doing everything alone. No wonder she forgot my money. Whoever was on night shift on 4/22 don’t need to be. Just terrible

  I haven’t ate fast food in a while but i was on the go. Waited at the window for my food for over 15 mins. Got my food missing items ordered a triple and got a double. The burger was completely drowned in sauce . Couldn’t even hold the burger cause it was just sauce all over it. Overall very poor service. Not even gonna give it a one . But I have to post the review

  Who is the owner??? Why would you allow such an ignorant manager running your business? I wasn’t going to do this but it didn’t sit right…. Upon walking a few days ago you could hear the manager yelling and verbally abusing the staff, in which all look like young school age girls. The staff looked miserable & due to the atmosphere we’re not very friendly. My ice cream was good, but how disturbing it was to hear and see a manager so comfortable treating young staff in that manner in front of customers. Shame on Dairy Queen’s owner for allowing that to take place. As I’ve looked through the reviews, I’m not the only one who has witnessed this. Mothers and fathers of Dairy Queen staff you should talk to your children, because what I heard was disturbing. And please don’t send me a dumb follow up I’m sorry for your experience Shame for having somebody in there like that treating your workers who keep your place running, in that manner.

  Great customer service, good food for the price. Love the chicken strips and smores blizzard. Get yourself some.

  Was in the drive thru for 30 whole minutes waiting for two blizzards, by the time I got to the window they had my order confused for someone else and hadn’t even started mine. The staff were standing around clueless and talking the entire time instead of making food or blizzards.
