  While visiting Rehoboth Beach, we ended up going to Panera Bread multiple times—from start to finish of our trip! We enjoyed their soups, sandwiches, and lots of Sip Club drinks. This location was very friendly, welcoming, and always had everything we needed.

  The front register customer service is horrible. I’ve waited in line for my order that was completed without any assistance. There was a time my order was given to the wrong person and the drive thru lines are extremely slow.

  So this is my first and last time ever coming to this store location. I came to the drive thru to order a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The person taking my order stated that she could not serve me just broth after I asked (due to me being nauseated) I said ok and didn’t push the issue (some locations serves it some location don’t) I said how much is for a cup, she told me the price, I said how much is for a bowl (idk if she misheard me but rather than tell me the price of the bowl she started going on a tangit again saying they don’t serve just broth of chicken noodle soup), I said “ur still fixated on the broth situation all I asked for was the price of a bowl of chicken noodle soup. So I drive up to the window next to pay, next thing I knew her and her supervisor were at the window “I’m sorry u don’t get to talk to me like that I’m not going to serve u” that was her response. Mind u I’m sick and drove 30 minutes just to get this soup and not once was I rude to her other than correcting her when she misheard me. I looked at the manager, he said she told me the prices of both the bowl and cup and that’s when I said what I said. I said no, I made that statement because she did not give me the price of the bowl and was still talking about “not serving just broth”. This manager and Gabby (who was the cashier) literally stood there and led in my face about what just happened and refused to served me. So I pulled around and went in the store to get her name, tell me why this young lady was audibly talking amongst her coworker about this incident when I walked in. She literally got in her feelings after I politely corrected her for mishearing me then refused to serve me. So this young lady got in her feelings because I corrected her mishearing me, her manager came to her rescue and lied about the interaction backing her then both of them refused to serve me because Gabby got in her feelings. Got it Thank god I will never be back at this location ever again. This was insane.
