While the fries were fresh, the burger was dry and overcooked—more like a thin smash burger than the fresh patty I expected. When I called to address the issue, the manager was extremely rude. When I asked for his name, he told me 'it doesn’t matter' and hung up on me. He then refused to answer the phone when I called back. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism at any McDonald’s.

Everyone knows the muffins do not come with the breakfast sauce like on the bagels so you have to order the breakfast sauce to be put on them and remind you they charge for that which is fine. Received my order and one of the muffins was hard as a rock,so had to take that back in. Then, when I opened that sandwich barely no sauce on that so instead of going back in I went back through the drive thru and had to order more breakfast sauce on the side which of course had to pay for that also. Now let's get to the burritos, SADDD hard as a rock asked for hot and mild picanti sauce didn't get either so once again ,had to go in and get sauce. Not a good experience from someone that's visiting out of state. Had better
