We received excellent customer service from Arielle. She was very friendly and accommodating. She ensured that we received fresh food and even went in the back to get my friends favorite soda because it was sold out in the lobby.

When I finally reached the window, I was told they were out of bacon and simply could not make my meal. Instead of offering a substitution or a refund, I was told they had no way to cancel the order at the store level. The employee I dealt with, Arielle, was incredibly rude and unhelpful during the interaction. There was no apology and no solution offered. To make matters worse, I used loyalty points for part of this order which are now lost. I reached out to Wendy's support through the app to rectify this and get a refund, and they were just as bad as the store. They were dismissive and borderline rude, acting as if this operational failure was somehow my fault. I am still trying to get my money back. This was a total loss of time and money. I will never return to this location, and after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering Wendy's as a whole.
