And me driving back to Wendy's a fighting traffic to pick it up is not an answer. When it is the stores fault, they should provide a voucher and send door dash

They had the heat completely off inside the restaurant. It was freezing inside so trying to enjoy the meal was pointless. So not recommend this location at all.

My sandwich had a big plastic bag bread tag in it and she was nasty to me because I asked for a refund for my whole order and not just the sandwich . This could have killed me if swallowed. This was very unsafe and unsanitary. Crazy part is I had almost finished my food when I seen this. I even called the store prior to returning and the manager or supervisor Jeremy I believe his name was knew exactly what it was and told me what it was. All she had to do was refund me my order and I could have went on about my business. This could have been handled in a more professional and respect way.
