  I visited this location and specifically requested a fresh Quarter Pounder. I was asked to pull forward while they cooked it, which I was happy to do. While the fries were fresh, the burger was dry and overcooked—more like a thin smash burger than the fresh patty I expected. When I called to address the issue, the manager was extremely rude. When I asked for his name, he told me 'it doesn’t matter' and hung up on me. He then refused to answer the phone when I called back. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism at any McDonald’s.

  Not from the delaware area came to visit family and decided to come to this McDonald's for breakfast. Ordered 2 steak muffin meals and 2 breakfast burritos. Everyone knows the muffins do not come with the breakfast sauce like on the bagels so you have to order the breakfast sauce to be put on them and remind you they charge for that which is fine. Received my order and one of the muffins was hard as a rock,so had to take that back in. Then, when I opened that sandwich barely no sauce on that so instead of going back in I went back through the drive thru and had to order more breakfast sauce on the side which of course had to pay for that also. Now let's get to the burritos, SADDD hard as a rock asked for hot and mild picanti sauce didn't get either so once again ,had to go in and get sauce. Not a good experience from someone that's visiting out of state. Had better

  Have been there a couple times in the past year. Admittedly I'm not a frequent flyer but 100% of the time I've had issues. Definitely not going back. Specifically, they ask you to pull over and that someone will bring your food in 30 seconds but 5, 6 and 7 minutes later you're still waiting....

  I am the girl who comes through the drive through everyday with a big truck (Kylie) Every one of your employees makes my day better. Tammy, the lady with the short hair, the lady who wears a lanyard, the gentleman with the tattoos jay or tay I think is his name? Is just wonderful. They provide outstanding customer service and genuinely make my day better. They are the best of the best! I hope my feedback can help in their work lives. Thank you for always making my day.
