Two workers in drive through window scolded me for not stopping at the speaker and giving my name first. My order was not ready. They both said the proceed to window message is just a corporate thing and to disregard it. Sounds like a need for some training. My 3-5 visits to other DD that use the same message have no trouble having my order ready.

She pointed to the register and said someone would be with us while she continued to chat with the man. Employees walking everywhere….finally someone stopped to take our order. The coffees were OK, biggest compliment is that the bathroom was clean.
