    Genuinely have never had such a horrid experience at Chipotle. Carne asada was ice cold and had horrible texture (like literally pre-chewed). They were somehow out of cheese, guacamole, AND white rice. The worker put so much sour cream on our bowls it made them cold and almost soup like. Will never go here again it was such a bad experience

    Ingredient shortages should be posted upfront. I was told halfway through my order that multiple items, including cheese, were unavailable. When I declined the bowl, the employee slammed it into the trash. That behavior was unprofessional and avoidable.

    Ordered DoorDash yesterday. And my whole family got super super sick. It started off with me, it literally hit me 10 mins after I finished and I only took like 4 bites. And then the rest of my family pretty much took turns in the restroom. It was awful. I gave Chipotle the benefit of the doubt and thought it could’ve possibly been something we ate earlier in the day. But tried to eat my leftovers again today and regretted it, and 10 minutes later same thing happened. I almost think it was either the beans/cheese/sour cream. Because my mother didn’t have any of those and was fine. It was good though so super disappointing and I’ve never had that happen before. But we all feel like absolute hell & it’s not something that has stopped, the feeling has been pretty constant. Don’t think it’s any type of poisoning but definitely think something was bad in our food. Please check your exp. dates

    It's Chipotle. You know what to expect. Most times they live up to expectations. But don't go during the rush times as they will frequently run out of staples like fajita veggies, queso, sour cream, and even some protein like Carnitas or Chicken.
